Craig is a retired executive from education and international development organizations (including World Vision and CURE International). He is currently serving as consultant to a variety of international NGOs and foundations. Trustee of Westwood Endowment.
David Mering, Treasurer
David has been the owner of Nor’ East Cleaners, in Gloucester, MA for 25 years and has also Business leader in the Cape Ann community.
Nancy Mering
Nancy is retired after 30 years of service at Gordon College, including Director of Admissions and Director of Alumni and Parent Relations. She is a long-term lay leader at her church and is also a founder of “Gathering for Hope-North Shore”. Nancy also serves on the Board of Directors, for Amirah, Inc.
Margot Hammon
Margot is a retired elementary school teacher, who finds particular purpose in having a role in educating children and women. Her motto is: “Educate a woman and you educate a village.” Her favorite hobby is spending time with her 5 grandchildren.
Richard Cairns
Retired from teaching after 35 years. Richard is a long term Moderator of his Congregational Church and former member of the Board of Deacons. He also serves as an elected member of his town’s Board Of Assessors.
Beth Cairns
Beth is a retired Director of Library Services. She is currently serving on the Library Board of Trustees and is a board member on both the Essex Housing Authority and Town Building Committee.
Dave Carlson
Dave is the recently retired Founder and CEO of Affinity VideoNet, Inc.
Alyson Steg
Alyson is a teacher of the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing in Medford, MA.
David Friedrich
David is a higher education administrator and is currently working in Student Life.
Anne Pelikan
Anne is an artist and a teacher working in the Cape Ann area.
Jud Reis
Jud is a retired CEO Of Gorton’s Seafood, and is a board member for Pathways For Children and Seafood Nutrition Partnership. He is also Chairman of the Missions Committee at First Congregational Church Of Essex.
Jennie Paglierani
Jennie works as a homemaker and mother of three school age children. She is also very active as a community volunteer on the North Shore.
Richard Stout
Richard is retired after teaching mathematics at Gordon College for over 40 years, but remains active in the Association of Christians in the Mathematical Sciences. He has spent a sabbatical teaching at Daystar University College in Nairobi.
